It all began in Detroit ( USA ), music of mostly African American artist’s led to a revolution in the music industry.
Motown played an important role in the racial integration of popular music as an African-American-owned label that achieved crossover success. In the 1960s, Motown and its subsidiary labels (including Tamla Motown, the brand used outside the US) were the most of the Motown sound, a style of soul music with a mainstream pop appeal. Motown was the most successful soul music label.
Many international stars emerged through MOTOWN, like Michael Jackson, then only about six years old with the Jackson 5, Diana Ross with The Temptations and The Supremes, Marvin Gaye, Luther Vandross and Stevie Wonder, just to name a few.
Motown On Fire combines music with great food, fantastic steaks and other BBQ items. The elegant atmosphere is invitining light, music, decoration and uniforms were all created to fit the theme.
Our beef cuts are “Meltique” Australian beef, which is as tender as Kobe or Wagyu beef but at a very reasonable price. But it does not end with beef, many other dishes are available such as Snow-fish steaks, pork BBQ ribs, grilled chicken, and much more.
